If something does not add to the quality of your life, it takes it away. Looking at pics does nothing. Admiring art inspires. Very few are not lured into the pixilated fantasy of fast moving digital feeds. We have to revisit the old saying, “less is more”. Remove as many distractions from your various screens and replace it with something you can touch and feel.
